I have just had to walk the last mile home, after struggling for almost 3.5 hrs to get home the snow is just to much, snow plough doing thier best but as soon as they go by the roads full again, PROPER snow lol, and ontop of the few inches we had yesterday.

Only sad bit maybe the first round of the btrda rally championship is meant to be tomorrow, if it happens then woohoo, if not then mucho sledging as its still woofing down :thumb:

did the snowman thing yesterday when i got snowed in lol, here's a quick pic snapped as i dont tend to stand in the doorway in just underwear in this weather lol (missus has clean the path off twice already today and its forecast into the night)

Its been snowing here for much of the day, but has turned to nothing. Whereas just a few miles down the road its all white. PITA :( I wanted to go sledging.

well, its now approaching 4.30 and all the snow has done is get harder and harder, almost like a surreal blizzard lmao, with talk from the weather people of quite a few more hours of the same possibly.

This should break some records locally lol. As for the rally, i have a few mates up the pit area at the moment who are going through the scrutineers. So far the rally is still on, average snowfall in the stages is at 7-10" at the moment and obviously getting worse. (i can confirm this from looking out the window lol ) I hear a few top runners may have pulled out but to cancel the rally would be devastating, not only to us but finacially for the organisers so i am being kept in the loop on what the final verdict will be.
