who dose it??? any one got any companies in the north east that plastic weld bumpers
any info thanks
The technique is ultrasonic plastic welding, I used to work for a family friend's company that does it, but they are located in Bognor Regis (as South as it gets). Can you put up pics of the components you need welding please, Ill try and show the bloke to see if it can be done.
i dont know about bumpers but what you could do is clamp bits of wood to the back if poss, then fiberglass the crack/snaped bit back together.
then get a soildering iron and just run that along the join on the front of the bumper, which will melt the plastic together then filler prime ect...
Is it an especially cherished bumper, it might just work out quicker and cheaper to buy a new one?
