is there anywhere that i could buy a thermostat that kicks the fan in at a lower temp? im very overheating consious and i like to rev
The engine thermostat and the rad thermostat are two different things.
When your driving the fan should never come one/have to come on. No matter what revs.
It kicks in at 100deg iirc, which is fine...

so long as your radiator is good, the pipework is clear. The thermostat is OK & the fan comes on as it should, you have no reason to worry.
Basically, a neglected engine may overheat.

yeah or u could take the inside out of the thermostat if u want and would let her run cooler too
Demon tweeks sell them. You would be better off getting a thermostat that opens at a lower temp, so called cool running stat. If you overheat then get a bigger rad!
ive got an XE cool running stat, comes online at 82c
for sale if you need it lol
