what are your thoughts on limited slip differential gearboxes ?

The 2.0l im going to be putting in my car has a close ratio limited slip diff box, thats why I ask.

Definately worth having with a big powered front wheel drive car. Lots of different types with different charecteristics. Some are not suitable for road driving and can cause trouble. The right one can shave over .5secs off your 0-60 time.

Is it quaife hardware? If so, should be the dogs gonads by what I've read.
