Buying things from ebay.de (German ebay)

Can I just use my regular paypal account to bid on items on German ebay? Im not sure how the transfer of money works if its coming out the account as pounds and going to the seller as Euros.

yes, you use your ebay.uk account as well. I've bought loads of stuff from ebay.de using paypal, as well as items from Japan and the US in foreign currency via them. Paypal automatically converts the ?sterling of your account to whatever currency the recipient's account uses.

Best to find the items from ebay.co.uk using a worldwide or Europe search rather than ebay.de to ensure the seller is willing to send to the UK (or email them first to get a postage cost).

As above, use .co.uk with worldwide search, as it also converts the price for you then too.
