couple of questions

hello iv just re-registered as iv had problems getting into my old account since the update (i havent given up yet), its only a 1.2 nova but iv wanted to update since getting a new car and thought it would be nice to finish off the feature properly, anyway just a few questions.
are other people haveing this problem and
can i create another feature with this new look interface? oh and what is the migrateing thing all about i dont understand?

The site had a facelift about a year ago, and the features haven't yet been fully migrated across to the new site design yet; so are effectively read-only at the moment.
