Just had a call from my closest mate, she tells me that last nite she cant remember leaving the pub or walking home or about 3hours of last night. She then said that she woke up this morning in he tshirt and jacket. her jeans were on the floor with ?40 in the back pocket. And also her front room door was open which is ALWAYS shut at night because of the rabbit getting out. She wont go to the police or tell her mum or anything. I dont know what to do. I jus nearly took my mums car (uninsured) to go see her (lives 150 miles away) i really didnt know what to do....so came to nova load :wtf: I dont know if this is the right thing to do, but im worried for her. She also said that another gal in her town was druged and raped 2months ago.

tell her to get herself down to the police, this could be a very serious matter and needs to be sored as soon as. give her your support thru it all, but make sure she gets checked out

Ive told her that she should but says theres nothing to tell because she cant remember what happened. Ive just been reading though that this is what happens in many cases of (hope its not tho) date rape, that women dont like to report it because they feel its there fault and nothing will happen because they dont remember anything.
What would happen if i was to call the police station and tell them what happened? Aside from her being angry, would they actually be able to do anything?

yeah, they would follow it up (i'd hope). she may be embaressed about having to go for testes (to decide if she has beeen raped) but it maysecure hers and other girtls safety from a potential predator

the date rape dude paid her:confused: that was nice of him.
tell her to go for tests before its too late this happened to an ex of mine (after we split up) and she left it too late and coppers couldnt do nothing about it
Erm no offence BUT
Ive had many a night where i cant remember huge chunks of it (but dont reacall drinking stacks of booze either) and waking up to do the usual check of "how much money did the beer monkey steal" and i had more than i left with... turns out we used a cashpoint lol.
So before she potentially ruins some blokes life, would it not be wise for her to talk to who she was out with first?
Oh well atleast she earnt ?40 without remember what horrific incident she did to earn it!
No offence or anything but I've not been able to remember huge chunks of the night, so I ring mates and ask them what I did! Ask her to ring around all the people she knew that were with her last night so she can piece together bits of her night.

You gotta make her go to the station. Make her see that by not saying anything she is potentially causing the rape of another girl, if someone gets away with this then they will keep doing it till they are caught.
Above all else she needs to know that a. she's not preggers and b. that she hasnt contracted some hideous infection that could leave her sterile or worse.
I know its not easy making women do stuff they dont wanna ( believe me i've tried ) but you have to make her realise that she has to do summat.
And she would only ruin some guys life if summat had actually happened, if nothing happened then there is no one to get hurt.
Wouldnt our lovely workshy police force potentially have her for wasting police time if it turns out not to be, and it was just the case where she got a little durnker than usual and blacked out with nothing bad happening at all appart from feeling a bit sorry for herself...
its 6 of one and half a dozen of the other imho... She would know if she had sex (be it forced or not) due to the weird way their bits work.
due to the weird way their bits work.
Love the technical explinationlol
I think Lucky Luke has the right idea.
