1.3/1.4 competition bottom end

im looking for a 1.3 bottom end bord out to 1400, preferably with arp conrod bolts, new piston rings and shell bearings

What about a 1400 block bored to your requirments, 16V pistons, polished and balanced nrods, lightened and balanced crank, clutch cover,flywheel and front pulley?
