just a general question, what wheels came on the mk1 sr as standard and did they have sr door decals and does anyone have any pics if they did

normal SR/GTE/GSi alloys came on these as standard

as far as i know they did have SR graphics, but had a strip of black vynl on the boot as oppose the mk2's 1.4 SR graphic

mk1 sr's alloys were an optional extra as standard they came with 13" steelies with star cut outs;)

mk1 sr's came on steelies, the alloys was an option, same as on gte's

only gsi's came with them as standard

All SRs and SRis came with steels as standard, alloys were a cost option and only fitted to (later) GTEs and GSis as standard. Im pretty sure it wasonly mk2s that had logos on the doors. Mk1s had SR on the grill and the SR badge was cut into a vinyl sheet that covered the top laf of the tailgate that also had the nova, 1.3 or 1.4 and vauxhall cut in to it.

No SR decals on the doors, just the vinyl on the bottom along with rub-strips, and vinyl on the b pillar.

My mates white E reg 1300SR has red SR decals on the doors, factory fit as far as I'm aware.
