Few Engine mod questions

1.16V pistons and 8v head plus copper gaskets? any good? worth the hardship?

2.twin 40's? or a well set up 32/34?as i hear 40's can be troublesome a bit

3.What type of cam is best suited depending on carb choice?fast road?

1.Just use a 8v block.
2.Well setup T40s will work well, and give normal ish mpg when not booting it
3.Piper 285/290, Kent AST2 work well with T40s.
