Finally got my scanner working so scanned some pics of my old gte, man did i love this car, had it in mates bodyshop for bit of face lift and a freshen up, only had it back 2 weeks and it got written off, guy in a beemer swerved onto myside of road for somereason and we hit head on, i didn't even have time to hit the brakes!! and too make it worse i havent even got a single pic of her finished and put back together!!

the dtm mirrors were replaced with originals, had gsi bumpers but gte lights and grill, smoothed doors, ariel etc. looks high in pics as its on std suspension while in body shop, i dropped her 60mm once got it home. was just ready to be XE'd.

yeah few stitches in arm, 2 in elbow and big gash on me head where i bullseyed the screen, cos was head on but to one side the impact twisted me over the shoulder part of the belt. accident was 11/02/04 the day i renewed my insurance!! just been payed out now got 1500 for car and kept shell, 800 loss of earnings from 2weeks off work and 4250 compentation, oh and 900 for time without car. even thou had work van

yeah, was prob the first time in ages i was driving normally, had jus left the chinese at end of my road with my dinner, was on road behind mine when it happend, my dad heard the crash! never did get to eat that food!!! police reakon impact between 60-80 as neither of us braked and was no skid marks to measure!
