decided to sell my astra as i have lost intrest in it was gonny drop a let in it but cant be botherd with that idea anymore am wanting sumthing diffrent. i have probs missed sum bits out as this car has been looked after well. if ur wantin to no any more info feel free to ask me cheers

1988 f reg
it got fully restored a while back to its full gte spec, brakes,engine,suspension
and a brand new diesel body shell without sunroof from g.m been told the diesel shells are stronger.
all the usel gte refinements
early c20xe
just had full timing kit done
engine rebuild 55,000 miles ago says 149,000 on the clocks
remote centrel locking
been garaged for 2 years
light gray rainbow interior
new springs all round
delocked
16" alloys off a mk4 astra
chipped
new fan belt
stainless exhaust system with 6x4 oval upswept backbox
just had full service
immobiliser
digi dash with check control
dimmer switch bypassed
k&n induction kit
new set of front brake pads (not fitted yet)
very minimum rott
got told off the guy i got it from that he had it rolling roaded at 172bhp at flywheel not got a printout

bad points
no roof linein
drivers bollster worn and the odd fag burn
no tax or mot. got it priced up for mot the guy said it would cost me ?160 of work then my mot on top of that witch i fought was rather gd depending on the age of the car
passenger door has started to rust at the bottom not to bad tho.
needs a drivers wing its a bit tatty

petrol light flashes all the time must just be the sensor
battery light flashes theres a wire of sum where coz the car still charges fine.

yes the guy bought that shell brand new because it was stronger. that dosent make it a ringer tho

So it has had a VIC check and all the paperwork to confirm?
Also the chasis and VIN plates are matched to the log book?

so if its been reshelled then its not a gte. its a MK 2 astra with 16v lump in the front.

its a gte replica.

not a bad car though.

sorry mate but cant see you getting that for it,mate of mine picked one up for just a few quid more with mot.and tax you'll be lucky if you do.and by the looks of it,his was alot better condition

you canny call any 1 a muppet way a name like eden ya:gay: . i it was a brand new shell when the car got resotred so get yer self a set of glasses and you mibbi be able to see and read a bit betta. no a dont fancy brakeing it but wot u afta coz i have sum bits lieing around. do u think i`m daft i no am not gonny get 1350 for it. a just put that price up to find sum 1 really intrested insted a time watsers! like all yous

if diesel shells were stronger and therefore 'better', why didnt vauxhall use them to build the gte???? surely it would have been a much better car? or maybe its a load of sh*te!!!!!!!

hi fella, just saying dont get stressy,that people are trying to help you out with selling your car, to be honest can u see you getting that kinda money for it with out t&t or even with as if you look about mint ones go for just a few quid more.
