heater wire?????

basically tinted the rear screen - ripped it off and in removing the sticky crap I've fooked my hot wires that clear the screen at the back.

So does anyone know where I can get a paste or wire application kit or whatever you would call it?

My have to resort to using the rear wash jet for air (as removed for spoiler) as I can't be ****d to get a whole new screen and have it fitted etc.

Motor Factors sell repair kits. Will probably be difficult to get it looking right/matching tho.

Do you know what they are called/what I should ask for i.e is there a proper term for the stuff or is it just a heater wire repair kit?

I'd guess that they'd know what you mean as soon as you say rear heated.....

the repair stuff tends to be a high metal content paint that you brush on after covering the bits you want to see through with masking tape.

itll be easier and cheaper to get a screen from a scrappy-a mate and ten minutes and there swapped?!
unless your spoiler fouls it that is

yeah that's it I got a GTE spoiler and another on top. think I'll have a look for some of the repair stuff. thanks guys
