sri running problems

right got the engine in, wired up, and running, trouble is it is misfiring very badly at idle or if i hold a rev, but its kinda goes when you rev it out and then it cums back, also the engine managment light is on, but everything is connected, and i got a lamda sensor, so what is rong?

Bridge the brown/yellow, brown/white wires on the diagnostic port.

Turn the ign on and write down the ECU light flashes.

ahh ya did this just there and the light didnt flash it just stayed on!! do i need to fit a fuel pressuer regulator off the sri's external pump?

The fuel rail has the fuel pressure regulator bolted to it.

The light should flash when you bridge those pins on the port on the firewall(after you've removed the plug from the socket bit)
