Heres the problem in english

When I flick the indicators on in either direction, both sides flash,

It has the correct rated fuse
Checked the relay (pretty sure is the right one ive checked)

If i pull the hazard light switch out then the green indicator light shows on the dash but doesnt flash??

No problem not fixed cannot see how it could be the hazard switch affecting it ....

See if you can get hold of another indicator stalk?

Because the indicators run through the hazard switch.

its either the relay , try changing for another , indicator stalk or the hazzard switch is ****ed inside , try another relay and hazz switch

as said, you need to try a different hazzard switch and relay. have you got an alarm? if so is it connected to your indicators? and is it shorting?? if not and you have changed your hazzard and relay then there is nothing else it can be lol. just follow wires and look for bad earth or shorting somewhere...
