well... yeah...
The distance you have to move the stick is reduced by like 40-50% so gear changes are much quicker... accelerate like a gudden.

PAG, they make a hooooge diff, they are ace, my mate has one & i is gettin one v.v.soon!
The gearstick has no "play", the change is shortned, and on his 1200, it does get it to 60 quicker, less time changing gear!

lol, why not get an automatic, then ur gear changes will be so short that eve ian will look tall. lol :P

I got one and they're very good. They reduce the throw by around 30% & are superbly made with rose joints throughout. You get an excellent and crisp gear change. They aren't too bad to fit - the instructions are OK but I had to remove the back engine mount and sum other bits to do it if I remember rightly.
They're sold by Griffith Engineering in Wales. The bloke who runs it rallies Novas as well.:)
