c20xe gear box!!!!!????

just started doing this tonight, when i change down into any gear it either makes a grinding noise or a whining noise, also grinds when you go into reverse, a new clutch was fitted about 3 months ago, could it need adjusted?? thanks.

If the clutch is not disengaging then adjust it so that it does. If its crunching as you change gear it could be that. Although if the thing is also whining then the box could be on its way out. Mine started whining and then spat aload of teeth off and put the pinon through the casing. In under 4 miles (although they where track miles).
