how do I get the petrol gauge on a gte working?-I heard a while back it was a common fault?-does anyone know?-if so please help,many thanks in advance
clear repeaters,lowered and more performance in the pipe line :)

well on the sr there a petrol sender unit under the tank and they go, not sure on gte's think it would be the same though

check the earth on the sender in the tank b4 u buy a new sender cause thats a well common fault( but whenyou put in a digi dash it seems to cure that problem....strange)

try to check the actual gauge by trying some clocks u know r working ok.
i tried allsorts when mine started going cuckoo only to find out it was the gauge.
i changed the sender unit checked the wiring
and still could not find out what was wrong.
this was done on my sr so ithink it would be the same on a gte.

in all my novas thers been summit wrong with the guages sumhow and i have only managed to fix 2 ov em .
1 nova had a new set ov clocks, a new sender unit and sum tempory wire running under the car for the signal from the clocks and they still didnt work LOL
