Hi all,
I am now showing my age (due to loss of memory!!!) and need the collectives help! Due to it being over 3 years since I pulled my engine out of my nova I am now struggling to remember how some of it goes back together!!
The water pipes are proving to be a bit of a problem.
If I remember right the pipework should go as follows but please correct me if I am wrong :-
From turbo up the side of the engine past AFM and then join with T piece to pipe from inlet manifold. From T piece pipe round to top hose on expansion tank.
From Heater matrix pipe left side to side pipe on piccolo tube on rear of block. Heater matrix pipe right side round to pipe at end of cylinder head.
End of piccolo tube down to bottom of rad.
Top pipe on piccolo tube to bottom pipe on expansion tank.
Pipe from turbo to top pipe on rad.
