Im biulding a nova shell up from scratch and was wondering what were the best shocks to use, i dont want to buy coilovers because theyre a bit too expensive. Its either going to have a 1.6 16v or a 2.0 16v in it. It'll be for the road not rallying or anything. also would anyone know what mpg the redtops do in a nova. cheers

Alright mate in tot vauxhall there are some blistein shocks cheapish thats what im going to try bout ?150 or the full set {shocks only** and about the petroel depends on how much your right foot weighslol i was told to expect between 27-37 average realy Karl...:thumb:

OMG you have got some suprises to come if you think that coilovers are expensive , if you are doin a restoration from scratch lol

Which Bilstein ones - for that price they might be the black ones, i.e. OEM spec...

The black billies are cheap upgrades of OEM.
