lol couldnt you get any better pics, looks like its for a pot type flywheel anyway but i dont have a pic of the splined part and thus cant say if its f28 or F20.

You can two types of fly wheel, flat and pot type but thats irrelevant as either can be fitted to either box, its the splined part that goes onto the input shaft that decided what box it goes onto. The F28 is bigger and has less splines.
