what is the best coilovers/ suspension on the market for fast road use and maybe once in a blue moon a track session


i have a 1991 nova gsi 1.6 8v with kent cam four branch ss system fse k & n
full power flex bushes through out whiteline anti roll bar any thing els that will improve handling am running 15 inch cav gsi rims on toyo proxies tr1 tyres

ie strut brace's ect

thanks people any infomation with tried and tested results welcome

You dont need coilovers for what you say. You could do but some decent shocks & very good quality springs will do the same. I'd recommend KONI adjustables & custom springs from www.coilsprings.co.uk (http://www.coilsprings.co.uk)

so will the koni take 60mm lowering spring on the front and 80 mm lowering springs on the back with out damaging it. is the kit called koni 1130 sports kit

if you want to go that low then get coilovers.

cheap ones arent worth it though.

AVOs & KONI or Bilstein.
