im turbo'in an 8v 1.4 sri with a turbo frm a daihatsu charade everything sorted but does anyone knw the best way to get an oil feed to and frm the turbo? could i use an oil cooler and take a feed frm that? thanx

erm, if you take from the feed to the oil cooler, what do you do about an oil feed before the thermostat opens?

Get a relevant threaded adaptor to tap into the back of the oil pump. remove the gauge sender & have the adaptor with the same threads, screw it in & then screw the sender into the back of it. The adaptor wants to have a threaded outlet at 90 degrees to suit the braided oil line you will run to the turbo.

The return needs to be welded or brazed into the sump as high up (above the oil level) as possible. Grind the lip back to gain every possible mm.
