I need one of these for my Corsa SRi.

Its a very common problem and IIRC Novas use them too.

Sits just behind gearbox and its the bush that fails in it - make gear selection very sloppy.

Is there a method of replacing or improving it?

Cheers

something I'm looking into at the moment after replacing the rubber block for a rose-joint on mine. Currently looks like I'll have to by some nylon bar and get it turned down (machined) to suit.

ive seen some people put a cav shifter inside their car and the bar going through the bulk head straight to gear box, so that you dont have to use the onoying nova linkage/selector. might just be on the bigger 16v engines tho
