twin 40's?

Hi guys i am in the process of fitting twin 40's to a reconditioned 1600 gsi nova head and have just spotted the egr valve hole that goes into the inlet manifold, cause i now have a new inlet manifold for the twin carbs which fits around the hole exposing it to nothing, what is the best way to block the hole? any ideas or has anyone already succesfully done this, nice one really close to finishing too, cant believe the set backs im getting, also does anyone roughly know what sort of power she will be putting out?

when i ran one i tapped the hole and plugged it.......you will find a wheel bolt is a good fit!!!!!

mine was a second hand head and came with the hole ready tapped so i lock tighted a bolt in haven't finished it yet but thats what peeps on here said to do!

i just bunged it up with chemical metal been fine so far
