gear box

ok iv got a 2lt 16v engine in my nova (no suprises their) has had quite a bit of work done to it and soon to be running throttle bodies. curently im useing a f16 gear box but fit it is reving quite hight at 140mph (oviously not on the public road) my friend uses a f18 in his and my other mate uses a f20 which gear box should i go for and will it make much difference on the quarter mile to my time.
also been told that you can use the finall drive from a f20 in the f16 set up??

lol i reckon the f18 will last 20miles, couldnt evenm handle the power of the x20xe's let alone being caned in a nova c20xe.

The f16 gives better accelration, the f20 is the standard box for the xe's obviously.

If you dont mind changing a gear box every few months stick with f16, if you do go for the f20
