transponder for digidash, help!!

ive nearly finished fitting my digidash into the nova but im having trouble with the transponder. it has 3 wire coming off it, but on the wiring diagram it shows only one wire going up to the clocks. what do i do with them all?! they are labelled A, B and C if that helps....:thumb:

i think a goes to the clock and b and c you join together

One blue/red wire runs to the dash(this is the signal wire)

The other wires are- Ign 12v feed
And a Brown Earth.
Do NOT get the earth and 12v feed on the wrong terminals as that will kill the transducer.

but all the wires are black, no black/red or anything like that....

rich, thats the diagram i used but it only shows on wire for the speedo, the transponder has 3!

Yes, the other two wires are black and brown.
If you have the proper loom one is black and the other is brown.

all three are black, nothing else. i take it i'll have to buy a new one then? or is there any way i can find out which ones which?

Someone must have previously wired the transponder up themselves and just used a roll of black wire.

The GM plug that fits them has colour coded wires...

just had another look and theres a load of black tape around where the wires go into the transducer. i'll peel it off and see if theres any clues inside!

Is there no markings on the transuder, im sure theres marking one there, if there is, let me know and next time i down the garage ill tell you what wire goes whee, fromt the markings on the transducer
