New battery

Finally killed the battery after 7 years of use (my mum put it on when she bought the car). Would a Nova TD battery work better than a standard one? I spend a fair bit of time camping etc over the summer and often sit in the car with the stereo/int lights on, with bits running off the cig lighter, so need a battery which holds a good charge. The car is a 1988 1.2 carb fed shed.

TD ones are larger(more amps) so yeah they work better.
Cav td are even bigger iirc.
Just make sure it will fit in the battery tray tho.

Alright therea a batt called 065 used for diesel astras i used that but if you wanna go all the way go for 075 used on vectras etc much bigger battery but both still fit into your battery tray just a bit deerer Karl...:thumb:
