can i fit an inter cooler on my 1.5 td if i change the top inlet box ect or will it make the turbo lag

the 'top box' on the engine does bugger all apart from warm the air up

remove the pipe comming from the turbo bot a filter directly on to the turbo, then run pipe work from the turbo to front mount then back into the engine!
