I've recently noticed an increase in the amount of flatulance coming from my backside....which got me thinking... why would that happen.

The only thing I've changed in my diet is the fact that now I have proper set honey on toast in the morning, in an attempt to cut down the amount of butter I have on toast.

So do people think that my anal trumpeting has increased because of the honey or something else?

If you keep having someone pushing something up your backside, air will be pushed up there too, which will then be released later (so i've heard) lol

PS... butter is full of fat, buy honey is full of sugars - lose lose. Might as well have lard on toast.

Or, have some sort of sunflower spread.

i had a **** at work to day.. one of those 20min long ones.. i farted 1st and then **** i could hardly breath and i can usaly stand my own smells meh must be that chilli/chinky/Kfc* i had 3 nites in a row*

Honey is full on natural sugars, and helps build your immune system up for hayfever sufferers. I have a teaspoon of it on my Special K in the morning, and I'm ok. It's usually what I have in the evening that makes me a bit vocal.lol
