i am possibly buying a nova SR 1.3. How much are these worth roughly? I am trying to buy it for ?100-?130.It was going to be made into a track car. It has had no mot or tax for some time and still doesnt. I am told it runs fine but neds a "few" things to finish it off. It looks pretty rough. I will post some pics up soon.

the idea is to store it away in my garage til next year untill i finish off my other project. Once that is finished i will completly strip the sr down and re-build into a rally car. Thats the plan if i get the nova. I hope i do.lol

yes its a solid shell like. The only problemis it has a sunroof co it cant be turned into a rally car. I could plate the sunroof up but i am not keen on doing that.

can you replace the glass with polycarb or would that still not meet the regs ??

i am not sure what the rules and regs are with the sunroof for stage rallying. I am sure someone will know on here though. I was thinking of my own safety though, if i rolled which probably would happen would the welds break?? Is it more of a chance that they could break and injure me or the navgator??

I have bought this nova but i have no idea what to do with it. I was planning on taking the engine out and putting it in my 1.2 road car. I want to build a rally car but need a non sunroof model. Anyone have any suggestions what i should do with it??

Don't worry about the sunroof,take the roof skin off, fit your cage, weld it in mind!,put on a second hand skin from the breakers. 8 hours work tops
