do GSi radiators fit mk1's

right time has finally come to buy a new radiator, but i want to now, if radiators from different modle nova fit other modles?

iv got a 1989 SR,
is the GSi one bigger? better cooling? and does it have the same mounting point, same hose point and electric plug conector?

yo not to sure bout the plugs mate if the rad is from a gsi that wud have a ecu as the sr wud not as it is carb not ing but the mounting points shud be the same an maybe a bit better cooling.

Theres only one plug, the thermostat rad fan switch.
Everything is in the same place, same plugs etc.

you will also need a gsi rad fan as its bigger and bolts to the rad differently

and sometimes the plug which goes to the rad fan , unless you just cut it of and use yours like i did :thumb:
