I think he was looking to see if anyone had turbo-ed the 1.4SRi... :p

1.6 yes, but don't know off the top of my head if anyone has done the 1.4. Wouldn't be that much different though?

theres a guy on mig who has just posted pics, no engine pics at the mo. running about 147bhp iirc

1.6 yes, but don't know off the top of my head if anyone has done the 1.4. Wouldn't be that much different though?

IMO for the cost differential I can't see why anyone would do it to a 1.4.

There was a few done buy Courtenays, One was at Trax 2000, but go no pics sorry lol

As the cost was the same from Courtenay, its more cost effective & poweful to have it on a 1600.

Ive seen one a few years ago at PV that was being abused. It was black & the owner was revving the nuts off it with the no3 injector plug off so it would pop flames... Hmmmm

Anyway, its no more different to a 1600T really except the cylinder displacement which cant be seen.

Im Sure this was a 1.4 sri turbo, remember talking to the lad, and Noble or someone had built the engine for him, whether or not it was true I dont know.
