Whats the best poundage springs for my nova turbo?

I'm running 300lb springs up front on mine, are you using an F28 ? wouldn't go any lower than 300lb if you are.

Some people use 275 on XE etc but as the LEt is a bit heavier still, 300lb is probably a safe bet.

are 300lb just better than 275/285 etc or will they make my car bounce or just really unusable for road use?

I'd say its probly down to personal choice but softer ones will be a little bit more forgiving on the road, what you using the car for, road ? track ?
I'm using 300lb upfront & 200lb on the rears, they are quite hard on the road (specially on the sh*tty roads of Cumbria) but not to bad, if you've got some decent dampers then it should be ok (ie - won't bounce).

GAZ Coilover kit, got choice of springs, will be for pod, few trackdays and bit of road, well mostly road use.

I havent got a clue whats best, so thats why i want all you opinions

Yeah thats what mines gonna be used for, i'm running GAZ coilovers on mine and there spot on, think they normally supply 100 - 150lb springs for the rears but i've got 200lb on mine, helps it not to squat as much off the line.

you runnuing coilovers at the rear rich or normal setup? i mean the spring in axle and shock, or spring on shock?

Yeah running coilovers on the rear as well.

Im running telescopic shocks on the back still not full coilover kit, dont want to cut turretas out.

You know if the telscopic GAZ are any good?

Dunno tbh, can't see them being bad tho !
Don't have to turret the rear to get coilovers on, just bash the inner arch a bit & seem weld around the mounts, theres been a few threads about it over the last month or 2.

ok I'm going with telescopic rear shocks, not coilovers, have a choice of 250lb rears or 300lb?

Nova is totally stripped, will the 250's be less harsh and better?
