Will most likely need a trip to a rolling road tuner for proper setting of the Ignition and jetting.

No trip to rr now 69 miles after all the work, and my headgasket is away? Think it could be somthing to do with my waterpump, because no water is returning to the water resivor maybe wrong, but i'll be getting a headset, waterpump on monday and back to the drawin board.

your vernier will need set up to match the fuelling. Water pump will have zero effect on performance but a goosed head gasket will. How come its knackerd if you just changed the head. Did you use a fresh gasket and head bolts???
If so it shouldnt be knackered unless the head was warped before you put it on. Get a feeler gauge and check the head, also pressure test it as well. Pointless putting it on unless you do these things before.

New head gasket, bolts, think i never done the last 30degree after i run it,
the seq was 25nM -> 60degrees -> 60 degrees -> Run 15mins -> 30degrees
The head you fitted might have been warped already.....

Quote of the last one, i done bolts 1,2,3 30degrees but they felt really tight, so with the 3 bolts bin done 30degrees & the other 7 not done could have done it? also i took the head to the local engineers b4 i fitted it to get the surface cleaned up he said that the head looked ok, slightly out but nothing a head gasket shouldnt fix, but tomorrow i will strip it all back down and get the head skimmed & start again? Any ideas?
So you didn't tighten the head bolts to the full torque sequence?

The Toruqe seq is 25nM -> 60degrees -> 60 degrees -> Run 15mins -> 30degrees
I done all the bolts upto run for 15mins then i tightened bolts 1,2,3 30degree, so not doing the rest of the bolts thats whats caused my problem
Quick Rerun of what am gonna need to do to fix this out, first time doing ne thing like this on a car engine so its ma own fault, **** happens
things to do to fix it
1. Disassemble It
2. Head Skim
3. Head Set
4. Water pump
5. Thermostat
