i was tempted by e30 but it'd have to be a 325i to justify the "drawn with a set square" design, and then it would be pointless as wouldnt slow me down lol its not fast, but not slow either, has th m44 lump. i prefere "economical" plus the ladies like it. smily freshner is somewher on th m40 lol

plus the ladies like it.

The ladies liked my 730i too, unfortunately, some of them were only wanting a bloke with what they percieved as money! Back seats were spacious though. Your 318 looks fairly tidy - any plans?

Should of got the E30, amazes me with all the money u spend on a beemer u still get an interior that reminds me of the grey dashboard they have in cavaliers!
Could of at least put a black dash in!

dash looks nicer in the flesh than in pics, it aint too slow really as has the 1.9 16v m44 engine, but compared to 175brake nova that weighs as much as jay cloth it feels like its goin backwards!!!! plans are few really, m3 rear lights(not crystal or lex ****) jus the plain red and frosted white, clear indicators and repeaters. then possibly m-tech bumpers and e46 330ci alloys, think called mv2 or mv02. as for tuning, maybe a remap and a de cat, no zorst thou as its lovely and quiet!!!! maybe a panel filter.

pmsl, my mum has one with the full AC Sniz kit, there **** slow thats in comparison to my corsa sport, Clio 16v, golf gti etc

Good fun tho with the rwd, one downside is that it has to be wet or on a beach. My mates 320 isnt that bad but its still underpowered and over weight and a standard Corsa GSI killed him.

its all about the badge tho i guess lol

Oh and your more food for ****ty looking 2.0 16v novas with or without boots :D

134k all documented, the guy was a sikh business man and was doin 100miles a day to work and back so brought a diesel instead. slow is good, read this and youll understand http://www.novaload.net/forum/showthread.php?t=72333 ive still got the xe'd nova and the new shell in garage ready to be prepped and then have the xe out of the sri stuck in it, so i can have luxury and looks one day and speed the next.

Loved the car to bits.

Yes yours maybe a little slower than other cars out there but at least that grey dash won't rattle. Very well built cars and truely are a "drivers machine". Even with little power you can have fun with the rear wheel drive and 50:50 balance.

:thumb:

p.s. get the wheels like mine. Plenty of reps on ebay for not a lot of money. They look good on the e36s and look bigger than the older style mv alloys.

Keep an eye on the engine and look after it. They tend to go very Tappety and can be troublesome. That aside, if she's a good one, keep her looked after and it'll never give you a days trouble.

thanks for the advice lads, engine sounds sweet so far, serviced by bmw or beemer specialists so theyve looked after her well, those wheels do look smart, might find few pics and get some photo shops done.

50/50 balance is great, had tail out on mates one before, even wit little power it hung like a good-un in the wet
