after buying my new gte and needed to change the brakes and waxoyl and give it a once over before driving back to swansea on sun/mon.

with the rain p***ing down... i was pretty stumped... then super mum to the rescue!

whilst i was out getting some new discs, my mum went off to get some polyethene, and hey presto with the aid of some pole vault poles one shelter for the day lol

beat that bt.... :cool:

I thought that too, could be quite funny if it gave way under the weight of water. lol Your mum is quite a hero though, congratulate her from me.

hmm.. the big novaload sticker looks good, a few people have asked about getting windscreen ones made up so might give it a go.

mums ya just cant get any better!! that sticker dont look bad concidering i hate massive stickers!! any way what you doin telling us you should be cracking on with the nova???

its cold, so having breaks and tea :)

and the funniest thing is, that no water gathers on the "canopy" as its so light it just gets blown around and the rain runs off... RESULT

Or if it rains hard he could use BT`s water syphoner to remove the water from the canopy and therefore will never fill up and collapse on him!!:thumb:

I don't remember anyone ever selling stickers in that font - must be one someone has had printed for themselves. Best self-done one was Anton who did some for the silver GTE he got... www.novaload.net (http://www.novaload.net) written in the same font as the novaload logo. Good job.


PS. Putting up a gazebo is not in the same league as looking around and spotting a few unlikely bits n bobs in an A-Team styleee to create something perfect for the job at hand. Same would go for that plastic sheeting as a make-shift roof, but she used them poles on either side, which is a master-stroke.
