Pirelli do a 175/50/R14, thats very low profile.
Most other manufacturers do a 185/50/R14, which would work as well
low profiles on 14s, u had better check your sump->ground clearence!
plus your gearing will be right down!
just points to consider!

dont worry about that, if its too low, you're too old

I'd whack 185/55 on there tbh. Wider than std & a touch lower profile.
Everyones a winner!
And they cost a bit less which is always a bonus!

Try www.mytyres.co.uk (http://www.mytyres.co.uk) cheapest i've found for tires and the delivery is included in the price:thumb:
I'm going to run 185/55x14's on my SR but another size that might be worth looking at is 175/60x14,i had a pair of these part worn for something and for 14's they were quite small,^mytyres do Nankang's in this size for ?23.90 delivered.
If you wanted to go really small try some 165/55x14's,being 165's they'll be the right width for your rims and low profile^mytyres do V rated Federal's for ?31.90 delivered
For anyone using wider aftermarket rims a lot of manafacturers make 195/45x14's,standard rims would be a bit narrow for these^mytyres ?44.90 for Toyo T1'R's
Hope this is helpful:thumb:
