Do mk1 doors fit the mk2 ?

Wondering do the mk1 doors fit the mk2. As im trying to find doors with e/w and c/l and there only gtes around not gsi ect

Yep, GTE doors will fit a Mk2.

I think the only different doors are very early Mk1's, and even then I think its only something trivial like a minor change to the door handle

the door checks (i think thats what they are called) the bits at the bottom near the hinge
mk1s are bolted to the shell mk2 s are welded so you need to remove the pin so the part on the mk1 door will fit into the other end on the mk2 shell
