whats the best way to fit bonnet pins i want to fit four two at the back an two at the front ?

some may think this is a stupid question but i dont want to mess it up
anyone got any tips ?

Fit the pins first, Be careful at the front that you leave enough room for the thread and dont drill into the headlight assy lol

Once theyre in, place a small piece of blu-tac on the end of them and shut the bonnet / boot on them. This will tell you where to drill the holes in the bonnet/tailgate.

Once youve done that, its just a case of adjusting the height of the pins until theyre the correct height, and screwing/rivetting the locking pins in place.

A small piece of water pipe slipped over the pin to help support the bonnet/tailgate helps too.
