ive just bought a J plate 1400 sri how would i be able to tell the difference between an spi model and an mpi model? in max power 0-60 for an sri is 14.5 seconds(spi?) the car i have bought doesnt seem this slow but how can i tell for sure?

If you have a multi point injection car, you`ll see 4 injectors to the back of the cambox cover on the fuel rail with the engine loom connecting to them all.

Because max power is shite and its figures are utter bollox.
82BHP (or should be-mine and several others i know have much more than this)
10.8 ish 0-60
they have printed the figures for the single point injection engine
Your SRi (like mine) is multi point injection. They never made an SRi with single point injection-only a 1.4 base model with single point

Yep everyone thinks my sri's slow as shit till I rip past them making there sheddy ax gt's shake and flip off the road......well in my dreams anyway,i tend to take pitty and pass them a little less manly than that :D
