Would i benifit from heat wrap

Will it benifit me in any way on a 4-1 on my 1.3sr, and would it corse any damage the the engine in any way (because of the heat).

Also if i put it on should i put it on just the manifold or the full system,

it might help keep the bay cooler but other than that there is no massive need for the wrap tbh
