you could make your own, it's only an animated gif. Think you can do it in PS, or maybe imageready, i forget.

It'll be Image Ready that you need. Pretty simple just make the frames then drop them in.

how do i get image ready? is it on windows as stock?

comes with PS, just click the button at the bottom of the tool box or Shift+Ctrl+M
