just getting ready to go out for the night when to my suprise some tw4t! decided to use my lane for a head on collision, i tried to get out of the way but i diddnt have enough time and smashed my near-side wing, bemper and what ever damage is under that i cant see, straight into his A4.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: Trying to keep my cool and not jumping out and stiking his head up his own 4rse, because his young daughter was in his car upset.... ill post some pics tomorrow when its light, in the last two months ive spent over 2 grand on it, my pride and joy smashed! gutted! HAPPY NEW YEAR!:cry:

my accident was basically my fault, i felt bad towards the other driver, but when my first nova got hit head on down a lane in my village with a nissan 350z i wasn't happy. then when it got written off when the f**cking idiot went up my a**e at 60 as i was pulling into my drive... if i was in a bad way i'd have got out and smaccked the S**t out of the lad...
know how you feel, is a bad time of year for accidents, and the problems that it causes.

no doubt drunk, the amount of people ive seen in the last few weeks driving like complete tools is stupid. I hope they all crash and die.
/\ it's actually scary driving round here, the number of near misses, drunk drivers and just plain stupid things i've seen... a mate and i stop at a roundabout and a car came screaming up behind us, roughly 60-70 in a 30, saw us locked up and ditched it into the barrier before the roundabout, and then drove off before we could get to him, he also looked about 14-15. makes me glad my cars not on the road, because i would get hit.
How was everyone then? repairable damage (to the car)?

Last year a bloke pulled in front of me and i hit his side and span him into a wall.It wasnt a normal wall it was a stone wall about 2 foot wide and 4 foot heigh. The wall was all over the place in the end,
10 minutes before the accident a 5year old girl was playing behind the wall.

Sorry to hear about that mate.
It really sucks when its driver error and not just a genuine accident.

I was going to get a new front bumper anyway, so im not too fussed about that. its just the alloy damage that you cant see in the pics and the wing damage that im p1ssed about. I think im going to repair it and just keep it in the drive from now on! When something like this happens you tend to wonder why the funk you bother?!?

before any one says that they would off ripped the front bumper off anyway etc etc TBH ive had a change of heart anyway and im not so much in to all that fiber glass anymore. But any negative opinions dont mean funk all to me so dont bother :thumb:

hopefully not into us tho lol
Ouch... Could have been worse though.
If the inner wing it bent I'd normally say that they'd try and write it off; having said that my evo-sh*ttered 1.2 was repaired with ?750 worth of damage (new rear bumper and rear panel, etc).
Insurance should pay for a geniune GM panels? Thats part of why the cost of my repair was so much, Vaux wanted some three figure price for the rear panel lol. You may have trouble there as I don't think you can get original wings fresh from Vaux any more...?
