spraying arches

right i have had my arches rolled and i want to spray them, (just primer untill the respray) i think. Ive had a go allready but there are signs of rust showing through. I have never had this before. When i did it they were all clean of dirt and water and prepped good.

any ideas on getting a good finish

is the rust coming through the primer?

shoud of used etch primer before the normal primper,

and primper is pourus so it cant get wet!

yeah just use any topcoat over the top to make it water proof
