If so I believe it's already been played on Al Jazeera. So shouldn't take too long to makeit to youtube. It's unlikely to be broadcast on UK TV due to the sensitivity of it and the journalistic code of practice.

They showed a body on the tele, Surely the americans would be watching to make sure he had the buisness done.

I mean the actual dropping from the gallows and the rope snapping his kneck. He deserved worse than that though.

In all honesty it was one of the most stupid things to do, he's been turned into a martyr. If Saddam was this true mad evil genius why did both the UK and US seel him wepons openly in the 80's and sell them covertly to Iran then engineer a war aginst them?

If it is the gassing of the Kurds in hallabja then why hasn't Ahmet Necdet Sezer (Turkey's President) been convicted and hung for murdering of the Kurds in the North east reigion?

Hussein was a scapegoat for the west.

Just my opinion though.

And thats exactly why they didn't capture and try him after the first Gulf War. Trust good ol' Junior to run in a fsck things up :roll:

Killing him was american republican stupidity. His supporters have been violent enough while he was alive, they will go mental now. He is now a martar to extremists not only in iraq but afghanisthan too. A big mistake.
