when you get engine make sure it is a "dressed" engine - as in all bits on it, crank sensor etc, also coil and starter motor.
airflow meter too.

how much more work is involved fitting a 2.0 16v turbo (calibra) rather than a 2.0 16v (astra)??? any other bits that i'd need??

Throttle bodies on a 2l 16v are more powerful than a Turbo arent they ????

Just wondering but how many pennies (pounds) would insurance increase by adding a 2 ltr 16v? Any ideas.

I changed mine from a 2.0l 16v to a turbo, the only extra work was sorting the piping, somewhere to put the intercooler and wiring the 4 or 5 extra wires in. Not a problem!! I have all the wiring diagrams and photos if needed. No extra parts needed, but would recommend big driveshafts!!
