V6 NOVA RUNNING PROBLEM'S help???????

:) :) Hi
i recently bought a nova with a v6 engine shoe horned in under the bonnet
car turn's over
it does not run due to the fuel pump removed from it for another project by a previos owner???
the guy i got it off doent no what pump was on it and wanted space back??

so here i am needing advice??

1) what fuel pump can be used?
2) it has a normal tank on it (i think?)
(i do have an alloy tank i can fit if needs be)

right what fuel tank is it? there are a few types. If its a multi point injection one then you can use a nova gte one or any other external mpi fuel pump, if its single point injection tank then you need an multi point injection internal fuel pump.

the pump that is on it that was in the boot is an external pump not sure what its of though

it seems like it is working but its not firing up spray abit of easy start in it and it fires and then cuts out

its not goin to run without a fuel pump is it lol

when you say the pump was in the boot do you mean just bodged in the boot as nova's had their pumps under the rear chassis leg or under the seats in the tank

Any mpi external fuel pump will do, are yuo actually getting any fuel pressure up at the fuel rail?

thanks for all advice now sorted problem the fuel pump had two lives instead of a live and earth thanks again now running sweet as a nut should be at oulton park track day on the 12th of jan
