correcting chamber

Does anyone no a cheapish way of returning a nova's chamber back to normal after a -60mm drop?(on gas shocks,if makes any different)
I've heard about adjuster bolts for the shocks!does this work?B-)

buy
camber adjustment bolts
or redrill top mounts
or open out holes in shock or lower arm
