Is there anything i need to do to use a rear coilover setup? Ive seen the rear turrets welded to strengthen them but is there anything else i could come across? thanks

Looking at somthing like the avos

or dont get coilovers, get some decent suspension instead.

Will be for a 2ltr nova with stripped out rear. Mostly want them for the height adjustment but i want to do some track days eventually etc. I would rather get somthing better to start with than end up buying somthing else and end up wanting coilovers later on.

so, why not get some decent suspension? If you really want coilovers then prepare to spend double what the AVO's cost.

If you are fitting coilovers you will need to reinforce the lower shock mounting on the beam. The debate will rage on regarding turreting. Some people like to do it properly however, as GM never designed the std inner wheelarches to cope with the weight or stresses of rear suspension.

Btw. Chris you are a Pi**y fooker!
